3.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on xvg8. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. xvg8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit all associated balances upon discovery.
4.1 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xvg8 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xvg8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3 KYC Verification. xvg8 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification in accordance with its licensing obligations. You agree to provide government-issued identity documentation when requested. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification may be restricted from making withdrawals.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. xvg8 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
5.1 Supported Methods. xvg8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. Supported payment methods are subject to change at xvg8's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are specified on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the xvg8 Platform. xvg8 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds with notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. xvg8 targets same-day processing for approved withdrawal requests, but actual processing times may vary depending on payment method and third-party processing timelines. xvg8 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on xvg8 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit; any conversion fees are the responsibility of the User.
5.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your xvg8 account are from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of criminal activity. xvg8 cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.
6.1 General. xvg8 may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. 7.1 Acceptance of Bets. xvg8 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where odds were published in error, or where the Platform suspects irregular betting activity.
7.2 Final Results. All sporting event results and game outcomes are final once settled by xvg8. Results are determined in accordance with xvg8's sports betting and gaming rules, which are available within the relevant product section of the Platform.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, connection interruption, or software error during any game or bet, xvg8 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and restore account balances to their pre-round state. xvg8 is not liable for losses attributable to technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

10.2 xvg8's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period preceding the relevant claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude xvg8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
